Walla 6 dip party platter
Platter of 6 Middle Eastern dips, serves 6-10: hummus, baba ganoush, labneh, matbouha, tabbouli, turkish salad. Includes 10 buns, kalamata olives, and Z’houg (Yemeni hot condiment).
Two-bite bourekas, choose from potato/caramelized onion, cheese/dill, curried mushroom/eggplant. Just heat and serve
Puff Pastry Roulade
Chicken livers in a red wine and balsamic reduction. Bake and serve. Serves 12.
Quiche Mediterranean or Provencal
Fine pastry crust in either whole wheat or spelt flour. Large serves 8-10. Small serves 4-6.
